Hong Kong Waimay Yau is a classical singer studying with Philip Doghan at the Royal Academy of Music.
Yau studied at the East Sussex Academy of Music in Lewes from 2011 to 2013. During her time at the Academy, she was involved in many productions including the premiere performance of Imago The Opera by Orlando Gough at Glyndebourne Opera House in 2013, performing in Handel’s Messiah as Solo Soprano with East Sussex Community Orchestra and Chorus at Lewes Town Hall, the premiere performance of Masada at Milton Court Concert Hall, London.
Yau has performed as part of the Royal Academy Bach Cantata Series Concerts, as well as part of National Youth Choir of Great Britain in Britten’s War Requiem, conducted by Marin Alsop at Royal Festival Hall on Remembrance Day in 2014.

Joyce Chiao Yu Wu, piano
Born in 1993 in Taiwan, Joyce Chiao Yu Wu started playing the piano aged six and is now in her third year at the Royal Academy of Music studying under professor Rustem Hayroudinoff for her piano solo and under the tutelage of Andrew West for her chamber music.
She has participated in masterclasses with Pascal Roge, Christopher Elton, Joanna Macgregor, Stephen Hough Pascal Devoyon, Kathryn Scott, Sung-Won Yang, Colin Stone and Ian Fountain.

Ukranian-born Oksana Sliubyk graduated with distinction from The Lviv National Academy of Music. She is currently studying at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama under the guidance of Susan Waters.
She is a two-time winner of the Opera Awards Foundation bursary and the Guildhall School of Drama scholarship.
In 2011 she made her debut as Adina in L’elisir D’amore Donizetti with Lviv National Academy Opera Studio. Since then she has often performed with Lviv Philharmonic Society and the Lviv National Opera Theatre.

Yoko Misumi, piano.
Japanese pianist Yoko Misumi completed her BMus degree at Trinity College of Music. She has performed internationally in countries including Japan, Germany, Portugal, London, Italy, Croatia and Slovenia, both as soloist and in chamber music recitals.
She has performed at venues including Kyoto Concert Hall, Amsterdam Concertgebouw, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, Wigmore Hall, Kings Place and Adrian Boult Hall.

The lunchtime recitals will last approximately 60-75 minutes and will be followed by complimentary tea & coffee.
