To coincide with Disney’s remake of Rudyard Kipling’s classic, we’re dedicating a day to The Jungle Book. Professional storyteller Astrid Hilne will entertain the children throughout the morning with mask making and re-enactments of famous scenes from the story. This will culminate in an animated retelling of the story.
The result is a morning that will be both educational and fun.
A selection of mithai (Indian sweets) and soft drinks will be provided as part of the ticket price.
This event is suitable for all the family, ideally for four to nine year olds, with older and younger siblings welcome.
Don’t miss! Later in the afternoon, a talk will be given on the background of Rudyard Kipling by biographer Mary Hamer. Click here for information and tickets.
