This event has unfortunately been postponed. However we have had quite a lot of interest in it so it is going to be rescheduled to another date in the coming weeks. If you are interested in attending please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Join us for a mid-week treat of yoga and a shared Indian meal at Asia House which promises to help you unwind, relax, feel indulged and make new friends!
The evening will start with a one hour yoga class from leading London-based instructor Leila Sadeghee, who has led many other Shakti Shop yoga classes and will then be followed by a delicious meal from Indian chef and author Mira Manek. Manek has revolutionised Indian cuisine by creating healthy dishes that are packed with spices and flavours, yet light and full of vitality – food that is supremely delicious, designed to light you up with energy and bring you great pleasure.
Sadeghee is a yoga teacher and healer, who offers yoga events with words that touch the heart and call forth insight and movement that frees up the body.
Both Manek and Sadeghee are well versed in Indian traditions and are both dedicated to interpreting them in new and inspired ways for our busy London lives.
Don’t miss what is expected to be a highly enjoyable and relaxing evening. The yoga class is an open level class and everybody is welcome.
Tickets £35 each (which includes one glass of wine, yoga and an Indian dinner)
